AwardsE&E Building Group received the Platinum-Level STEP (Safety Training and Evaluation Process) Award, the highest achievement, from the Southeast Pennsylvania Chapter of the Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc. (ABC), a national association for the construction industry. Developed and written by building contractors and construction managers, the STEP program provides participants with an objective method to analyze and further develop their safety and loss prevention programs and a valid, objective method to measure safety program improvements. E&E Building Group’s North Penn Volkswagen project in Colmar, Pa. was awarded first place in the “Commercial Over $2.2 Million” category and its Tri-County Eye Physicians & Surgeons Ambulatory Surgery Center in Southampton, Pa. received the Best Institutional Project. The awards recognize outstanding projects built in the greater Delaware Valley area based on quality, safety procedures, timely completion and customer satisfaction and are judged by a cross-section of industry experts, including architects, owners, developers and other industry leaders. “We are extremely proud of these two projects and being the recipient of these prestigious awards,” said Tim Ernst, of E&E Building Group. “It is a great honor to have an organization, such as ABC, and a team of industry experts validate the outstanding efforts of our team.
